SignalPoint Global (“SignalPoint Global,” “we,” “us”) operates signalpointglobal.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how it’s used, and who it’s shared with. It applies to this website only, not to software built for clients.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, role, industry, a description of the process you’d like reviewed, and any tools you mention. That information is sent directly to our email inbox to respond to your request. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is not added to a marketing list or used for any purpose other than replying to you.
Information collected automatically
This site keeps basic, anonymous traffic counts — which pages are viewed and which site referred the visit — to understand what’s working. This is done without cookies and without recording IP addresses or any other identifying information. It cannot be used to identify an individual visitor.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts and icons from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and unpkg.com). Loading these resources may expose standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — to those providers, the same way it would for any website that uses them. We don’t control their data practices; see Google’s and npm/unpkg’s own privacy policies for details. The site is hosted with SiteGround, which processes standard server logs as part of running the site.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. WordPress may set a technical cookie during comment submission or admin login, which isn’t relevant to visitors browsing the site.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Anonymous traffic counts are kept in aggregate and are not tied to any individual.
Your choices
If you’ve contacted us and want your information deleted from our inbox, or have any other question about this policy, reach out through the contact form and we’ll take care of it.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
