One workflow at a time, from first review to ongoing care
Most engagements follow the same path. We look closely at one process, build the automation that fixes it, and keep it running. You can stop after any step.
Workflow Assessment
We review one costly or repetitive process with the people who run it, and define what a better version would look like.
Automation Implementation
We build and test the agreed workflow inside your systems, including the awkward cases, and hand it over to your team.
Managed Automation
We monitor, maintain, and improve your workflows after launch, so there is always someone accountable for them.
When a workflow needs more than automation
Some processes need a screen for staff or customers, a connection that doesn't exist yet, or infrastructure to run on. We build those too, as part of the same engagement.
Internal tools built around how your team works.
Let customers submit requests, upload files, and check status.
Live views of the numbers you currently compile by hand.
Connections between tools that don't talk to each other.
Sites with forms and content that feed your workflows.
Hosting, storage, and security for what we build.
Common questions
No. If you already know the process well and have it documented, we can scope implementation directly. The assessment is there for when the process or its requirements aren't yet clear.
Yes. The written summary and requirements are yours to use with your own team or another provider.
It's optional. Some teams maintain workflows in-house after handover; others prefer to have us monitor and adjust them.
We check each tool's integration options during the review. If a tool has no usable API or export, we'll say so and suggest alternatives.
Each engagement is scoped individually. We'll discuss pricing once we understand the workflow.
Every engagement starts with a workflow review
Tell us about the process that costs your team the most time. We'll walk through it with you and outline what could change.
